What We Do When Carrying Out A Comprehensive Valet Service...
THE INTERIOR
- All framework is treated with a mould treatment spray. This kills mould spores.
- The roof framework is then wiped with a microfiber cloth to remove mould and grime before being polished to leave a shine.
- The roof glass / panels are then cleaned to a streak free finish using a dedicated glass cleaner. Any roof windows are also cleaned at this stage.
- All vertical window frames are cleaned and polished, window casements and shuts are also cleaned while all mechanisms are lubricated.
- Vetical windows are then cleaned and polished to a shine. Sills are also cleaned at this stage.
Silicone can be removed & replaced. Please ask for details at time of quotation.
THE EXTERIOR
All gutters (inc hard to access box gutters & valleys) are cleared of debris.
All framework is treated with an active fungicidal wash to kill algae.
The roof frame from the finials, bars and end caps are cleaned. Typically by hand.

All glass & panels are cleaned using pure watre at 0ppm.
We apply a specialist long life carnubra based sealant to all roof framework. This helps to repel dirt whilst also making future maintenance cleaning much easier.
We can utilise our conservatory ladder system for hard to access conservatory roofs. This allows us to access every nook and crannie where most window cleaners can't.
Absolutley no high pressure equipment is used at any time. We do not use or reccomend the use of high pressure equipment when cleaning conservatory roofs!
Conservatory Roof Blind Cleaning / Service
If you have conservatory roof blinds installed, you likely know of the annual gathering of bugs and insects that goes of behind the scenes. Our roof blind service allows us to drop the blinds from the roof and use a vacuum to remove the dead insects, cobwebs and dust. We also clean the blind strings and tighten the blinds should the need it.

Unlike window cleaners, we only clean and valet conservatories, glass rooms, orangeries and roof lanterns. Therfore the results we achieve are far greater and longer lasting, due in part to the specialist products we use and have taylor made to our standards.
We have all the required equipment to arry out a deep and thourough lean. We have access towers, step ladders, compressed air systems for tight areas and of course the correct insurane in place should anything go wrong.
Being a small company we are able to ensure all our services are carried out to the highest standard. Tom runs the business and works onsite, to ensure every conservatory has been inspected and cleaned thorougherly.
Mould is treated and removed from conservatories using a licenced active enzyme cleaner. This is particuraly important to conservatory owners who may have mould alergies or breathing difficulties.

Thought price was a little expensive when obtaining a quotation compared to my window cleaner. Tom did however carry out a very indepth clean and the orangery looks fantastic.
